What happens after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Orders are shipped out once a week on Wednesdays. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the small size of our business, please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. During the busy Holiday Season, please allow an extra week. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information. If you have any questions about the state of your order, you can contact us at info@peggylab.com. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be received on the next business day.
Which shipping courier do you use?
We ship via USPS. If you wish to use a specific shipping company, please reach out to info@peggylab.com and we may be able to accommodate you.

We currently ship only within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
This varies depending on your location as well as the weight of the order placed.
What happens when a package is lost or unclaimed?
Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address for your order. Once your order has been securely handed off to the post office, we are no longer responsible for issues concerning delivery. If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact us at info@peggylab.com and we’ll do our best to help you. Please provide us with your order number, and verify that the address you provided at checkout is correct using your order confirmation notification.
If your order is returned to sender, we’ll be in touch in order to ship it back out to you. Reshipping fees will apply.

How can I reach you?

Where are PEGGY LAB products made?
All product formulas are developed and owned by PEGGY LAB. They are handmade in our artisan studio located in Idyllwild, California. No factories or third parties are involved in the manufacture of our products.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our products are made to order in small batches, so we recommend that you examine the ingredient list carefully before purchasing to make sure that they are compatible with your skin’s unique needs. Reach out to us at info@peggylab.com with any product questions that will help you make an informed decision.
Do your products offer sun protection?
No. While our products contain ingredients to help repair and protect skin from UV damage and pigmentation, they do not offer the protection of a broad spectrum sunscreen. We recommend always applying sunscreen as a last step in your daytime routine to protect your skin and maintain the efficacy on the ingredients applied to it.
Are your products Vegan Friendly?
Yes. We use only whole plant and plant derived ingredients in all our products.
