Shipping policy

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Orders ship within 1 - 3 business days. Each order is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

If you have any questions about the state of your order, you can contact us at info@peggylab.com. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Couriers

We ship domestic orders via USPS. If you wish to use a specific shipping company or have a deadline to receive your product, please reach out to info@peggylab.com and we may be able to accommodate you. 

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. If you're located outside the United States, email us at info@peggylab.com and we'll confirm whether we can ship to your country.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders shipped within the United states. For expedited or special shipping needs, please reach out to us so that we can calculate the cost for your order.

International customers, for orders of more than $100.00 USD shipping is free. Orders under $100 USD are charged a $10 USD flat rate shipping fee. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs requirements pertaining to your specific country. 

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues. If you suspect a package has been lost, contact us at info@peggylab.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist. Orders returned to sender will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
